Most electrical failures announce themselves months ahead — a warm breaker, a tired GFCI, a detector past its date. The annual inspection finds them while they’re still cheap.

The fine print, in plain English
- Annual term. Pay monthly, or pay yearly and get 2 months free.
- Cancel anytime — monthly billing stops at the end of the current month.
- One home per plan. Inspections are visual and non-invasive.
- Parts, materials, permits, and after-hours emergency rates are extra — your member discount still applies to labor.
- Discounts don’t stack — on any job you get whichever discount is bigger, plan or veteran/senior.
The 2-year labor warranty (Plus): for 2 years from the date JS Power performs the work, we warrant our labor and workmanship. If our workmanship fails, we repair or redo the defective work at no labor charge. Not covered: parts and materials (manufacturer’s warranty applies), misuse, alteration or repair by anyone else, pre-existing conditions, and acts of nature. To claim: call or text (412) 326-9761.
